You may remember Marissa and Brandon from their Arcade Engagement Session, however after having to reschedule because of the Covid shutdown their wedding day finally arrived and I could not have been more excited. The Carona Virus was not going to stop this couple from getting married. Originally they had a big venue with a 150+ guest list planned but because of the state of the world right now things had to change just a little. They weren’t able to use the venue and the guest list had to be pared back but the wedding day they ended up with was the stuff of a water loving Texan’s dream.
Marissa’s parents actually have a beach house in Crystal Beach, TX. What better place to host 30-40 of your closest friends and family for a fun and relaxed wedding day. After an elopement style ceremony on the beach in front of the beautiful water the couple and their guests returned to the house for a laid back party and the day was just AMAZING! This seriously was one of the most fun weddings to be a part of. And I hope I did justice to capturing some great memories for the couple to enjoy for years to come ❤
The day started by getting ready at the beach house.
I was so excited when Marissa told me she wanted a first look with her dad. And let me tell you DAD did not disappoint!
Then it was off to the beach for the ceremony.
When a monster truck drove by yelling congratulations you can bet I flagged them down. This is TEXAS after all!!!
Then it was back to the Beach House for the reception.
And then they finished the night off with fireworks!! 😍
I told you it was an amazing day, didn’t I ?!?!?!
