Love & Lavender presents a balanced view on wedding planning & style through the eyes of seasoned husband and wife bloggers, Meredith and Andrew. The digital nomad couple strive to showcase epic bridal experiences from around the world to help brides, grooms and vendors alike. As a leading voice in the wedding industry, the blog focuses on unique how-to guides, product reviews, and roundup lists on topics such as bridal fashion, jewelry, decor ideas, wedding stationery & honeymoons.
When we were first introduced to this venue, located in the distant woods of the Sam Houston National Forest in Willis, Texas, we were instantly inspired.
Designer, Joshua Clark, owner of JKC design+events, developed a conceptual design based on the enchanted surroundings of the venue and property – bringing to life the magical elements of the nature of the land.

The collaboration of vendors brought together a true enchanted dream wedding. By using the natural elements and pairing them with other simple elements, together we created magic.
This was our first time collaborating with many of these vendors, including the venue, 9th Sky Reserve.
From the wedding gowns provided by The Princess Bridal & Stephen Grace Atelier to the hand-crafted Brazilian truffles elegantly designed by Karla Caldas from Le Atelier du Brigadeiro.
We want to give special thanks to 9th Sky Reserve for allowing us the opportunity to create such a magical enchanted dream wedding!
