I had so much fun during this engagement session getting to know Ravyn and DaVon. Many couples use these photos for save the dates or decor at the reception. I like doing engagement photos because it gives the couple and myself time to get to know each other better and get used to working together, along with them getting more comfortable in front of my camera before the wedding day.
Ravyn and DeVon chose the most perfect outfits and they looked amazing in both of them. My favorite suggestion for couples is to bring 2 outfits for engagement sessions. 1 dressier outfit to get some of you classic portraits and 1 more casual outfit to have fun in and show your pesonalitles.
It was a hot, muggy day at Hermann Park in Houston, TX. There was overcast and looked like it was going to rain but I love overcast skys because they give such an even lighting and the pictures always turn out perfect.
